Neal and Bonnie Whorton of Aberdeen will celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary this month. Neal Whorton married Bonnie Aho on May 22, 1964, in Aberdeen.
For the past 30 years, the couple has owned and operated Sideline Auto Wrecking, Inc. located on the Olympic Highway east of Aberdeen.
They have raised three children: Nathan of Aberdeen, Natalie Docsanes of Aberdeen and Noel of Seattle. They also have two grandchildren.
The Whorton's will celebrate their life together with a reception from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 23, at Buck's Prairie Fire Hall in Elma. Family and friends are invited to stop by.
